Hi and welcome to Frankly! Here’s a quick guide to get you started.

Creating & accessing your account

To create a new account, click the Sign Up button in the top right corner and enter either your email or Google Account. If you already have an account created, you can access by clicking on Log In button in the top right corner. You’ll then have to select which account you used to create your Frankly account.

Following a community

Find a community you want to be a part of? Go to the community page and click Follow to join the community and get notified of upcoming events, find resources, and post on their discussion board!

RSVPing to an event

When you find an event you’d like to participate in, click RSVP to register. You can view the event details, see who else signed up, and share the event from the card on the left. You can also check out the Agenda to see what to expect in the conversation.

Preparing for an event

To ensure a smooth and successful event, we recommend preparing in advance. Start by finding a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted, and use a computer with a reliable internet connection. To avoid any disruptions, quit other video programs that may be running in the background. Before your event, be sure to check our platform requirements to confirm that your system meets all necessary specifications. This preparation will help ensure that you are able to remain actively engaged throughout the entirety of the event.

Joining an event

To enter a conversation, first navigate back to the event you have RSVPed for, either through the link received to your email, My Conversations, or the community’s Upcoming Events. Then, click the Enter Conversation button from the event details card. Please see our Using the Platform page for further information about attending an event.
